In my adventure to build my portfolio, I wanted to create a neutral palette of greens and creams. Becca Lea Photography captured these flowers perfectly! That’s really not a surprise, though. Everything she shoots comes out perfect! Anyways, I love these flowers so much and I am so excited to share them with you!The furniture we borrowed from The Attic Vintage Co. went perfectly with our model and her flowers! I’m absolutely obsessed with that velvet green chair! All of the pictures were taken inside of LHUCA in Lubbock, Texas. The light. The windows. The walls. The floors. It’s just so perfect! Let me tell you about my model for this shoot and why I chose her! She is one of my dearest and best friends. She is kind, patient, but full of fire and sass. I thought she’d be perfect to represent this non-traditional take on the traditional white wedding. It’s also a well-known fact that I think she’s one of the prettiest people in the world! She also has the most perfect toddler that I love so much I feel like she’s family! That has nothing to do with why I asked her to be my model, but her daughter is always worth mentioning. Besides the fact that I got to use Kellie in my shoot for free and I think she has the perfect look to match these flowers, it was fun to see a friend of mine 100% support me and go out of her comfort zone to help me! The vote was unanimous – the shoes were the best part of this shoot! I give you permission to drool over them, because they are so stinking cute!
